Mark loads of cowboys newly qualified through fast trak that know nothing on fault finding and tend to just replace unnecessary components in the hope it will work.

No Hot water turbomax, phoned Mark and was given an appointment next day, Mark arrived earlier than expected and had the boiler up and running within the hour, this is a genuine repair man, highly recommended, keep up the good work Mark,good on yer.

Aye get where you coming from. But if working on all the different boiler's out there like the big company's sometimes you get lost in how that make works. And they poor sods and prob on 12 jobs a 8hr shift no time to spend actually diagnosing right they go for getting a above average right to make their kpis. Not right but that's how work. Quantity over quality 😕😕

Hi Mark I’ve had a problem with my turbo max 282 e for quite a while now I’ve changed the diverter valve and the condenser last year I still get hot water problems were I turn the hot water on and after maybe 5-8 mins it will shut the hot water down and run cold I have rang Vaillant to se if somebody could come out and was informed That the boiler was to old for them to come out and repair The I noticed your RUclips comment on the pd switch which sounds probable But I couldn’t find anything on if I need to drain system or how to remove pipes off the rear of pd switch

Good old British Gas . Pay for one of there cover plans get a free drive by service . And the engineer gets a budget of 20 pence to fix problems . Why do people still believe the are the rolls royce in the gas world ??? They are expensive and they dont service anything

See loads of misdiagnosing and the normal outcome is they go for a new boiler cause the previous companies haven't got a Scoobies but still profit from it

These new Gas Safe engineers mostly have no technical knowledge or background they usually replace every component of the boiler randomly with hope to hit the jackpot. Some times even dangerously!!!! This is true in every industry.

Just a licence to print money reason they check every thing is to waste time and charge the poor customers a fortune. Most important part of a service to a boiler is to hover the carbon out and check no gas leaks. My Dad was a gas fitter for the huge firms all his life and told me all the cons in this game. Dont forget to frighten your customers with horror story's they will allways want the boiler looked at. If the build of these boilers was like they where years ago the boilers would not break down. I've lived in many Country's and when I've asked about gas boiler servicing they said the same thing if it's not broke why pay a person a huge amount of money just in case it may break in the future and when it does they will rob you blind yet again. Years gone by people never paid to get a boiler annually serviced any jobs if it broke down was a simple matter of repairs not a load of bluffing by these company's. It's very easy this type of work and easily available on the Internet of how to service any gas or oil boiler. Why do these people charge so much money for parts and labour when the parts at trade price are never exspensive in the first place. This industry is the same as car clamping was frighten, your customers get in get out get paid, it's day light robbery.

Dont forget to flush out condesate trap, do electrical safety checks, inlet working pressure on P1,flue termination and condition, combustion readings on P1 and P2,gas rate it on P1, hw & ch max t, check all failsaves f28,f29,f32, f22. door seals, plus,are all min requirements on every service every year

I had to repair one 😨😨😨. it was like looking into an aeroplane engine. Turned out to be a little switch next to the pump. thought it was diverted valve. I never guess a was call the manufactures. nice video great channel.
